After scouring Melbourne for the perfect renovation project, we purchased this prime piece of real estate in March 2017. The property  is located in the desirable suburb of Albert Park in Victoria, which is just 3 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD and a stones’s throw to the beach.

This character filled Victorian terrace was built way back in 1890 and had clearly seen better days. We were drawn to the unique charm and character that is typical of houses from this era. The floor plan originally consisted  of just 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, so we knew we had to expand it to appeal to our target buyers.

At the forefront of our thinking was preserving what we could of this beautiful character home whilst ensuring that we capitalised on every opportunity to add luxurious touches and include the latest innovations in home design and comfort.
