As featured on Network Nine’s “The Block Sky High” this was the winning property of the hit television series. This project was a complete renovation of a run down motel in South Melbourne. Alisa and Lysandra were able to turn what looked like the impossible task of transforming this derelict space into a highly sought after property. Minimalist yet luxe, with a touch of earthiness, it is perfectly balanced with clean lines, natural hues and pops of accent colours. The impeccable work of the girls resulted in this property creating a stir on auction day.
