1. General Terms

By purchasing from Alisa and Lysandra Interiors, you agree to our terms and conditions. Please review our policies carefully before placing an order.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

2.1 Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes a rug may not be the right fit for your space. If you change your mind, you may return the item under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the rug.
  • The rug must be unused and in its original condition.
  • A restocking and freight fee will apply.

You can choose between:

  • A refund (subject to a higher restocking & freight fee deduction) - please note that the return freight fee will be higher than the initial delivery fee as we absorb some of the delivery charges.
  • A store credit (with a lower restocking & freight fee deduction) please note that the return freight fee will be higher than the initial delivery fee as we absorb some of the delivery charges.

To initiate a return, please contact our team at admin@alisaandlysandra.com.au with your order details.

2.2 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your rug arrives faulty or damaged, we are happy to provide a replacement or full refund under the following conditions:

  • You notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • You provide clear photo evidence of the damage or fault.

Once verified, we will arrange a refund or send out a replacement at no additional cost.
