These bright and airy schemes are inspired by seaside living, coastal with a little more of a relaxed boho feel and the Southampton a formal option with a selection of grey tones in the cabinetry.

COASTAL INSPIRATION The Coastal scheme is everything you would expect in a stunning seaside abode. Cool and bright whites and pale greys replicate the soothing tones found in rolling sand dunes. This design scheme is fresh, light, energising and encapsulates everything we love about the Australian beach loving lifestyle.

STANDARD INCLUSIONS Standard inclusions of the Coastal scheme include Dulux Colorbond Surfmist and Color Cote Off White for the exterior. Brooklyn Columbia flooring and Dulux Natural White on the walls create a light and bright interior. This palette of whites and soft greys is carried throughout the home with Caesarstone Intense White for the kitchen benchtop and a white gloss tile for the splashback. When brought together, these selections evoke the feeling of a cool summer breeze and the ultimate beach getaway.

ABOVE AND BEYOND (optional upgrades) Optional upgrades to the Coastal home include the choice of Access Ash for the brick exterior and a metal roof in Color Cote Off White. For the interior, Cappuccino Oak floorboards and Stanley Park – Game Night carpet are available to upgrade the flooring throughout the home. In the kitchen, Caesarstone Organic White for the benchtops and Yesterday Satin white tiles for the splashback bring a light, bright and incredibly high-end look to the heart of the home. These upgrades really accentuate the natural textures and tones you would associate with beachside living, creating the ultimate coastal abode.

SOUTHAMPTON SCHEME Southampton encapsulates the same relaxed vibes of the coastal range but with a slightly more feminine and elegant twist. Inspired by the Hamptons, New York’s upmarket coastal retreat, the Southampton scheme embodies timeless design and a classic colour scheme. The Southampton palette is classic with bright whites and soft greys; everything you would expect from a haven in the Hamptons.

STANDARD INCLUSIONS Standard inclusions of the Southampton scheme include exposed brick interior in Access Chestnut with Dulux Surfmist and Color Cote Off White completing the soft yet striking colour palette. Caesarstone benchtops in Intense White pair beautifully with the gloss silver grey tile splashback, bringing that essential touch of femininity to the Hamptons inspired kitchen. The flooring adds a little warmth and texture to the interior with Brooklyn Mapleton as the main selection throughout the home.
 

OPTIONAL UPGRADES Optional upgrades to the exterior that are available are a metal roof in Color Cote Basal and exposed brick in the popular Access Ash. For the interior you have the option of turning up the glam dial with Caesarstone benchtops in Sleek Concrete and a herringbone pattern tile in both the kitchen and vanity splashback.

IS THE SOUTHAMPTON SCHEME FOR YOU? Buyers of the Southampton inspired home will have a passion for classic style and comfortable furnishings. This scheme takes the best elements of the Coastal, but with a slightly less relaxed approach through touches of metallic and more formal styling.
